Working Principle
The mineral particles in the slurry get scattered and divided into layers under the force of gravity, friction force, inertial centrifugal force and water flowing pressure. The mineral particles of higher density enter into the bottom layer and move toward the inner edge and the mineral particles of lower density enter to the upper layer and move toward the outer edge. The concentration band, middling band and tailing band are generated on the surface of spiral chute and are separated through the interceptor finally. The performance of separation indicator is decided by the rationality of spiral chute section shape, spiral pitch and the other structural parameters.
